In the production processes of various seasoning vegetables including pickled vegetables, steam supplied by the boiler is required for processes such as high temperature sterilization and heating. Sichuan Jixiangju Food Co., Ltd. is a Sino-Korea joint venture committed in research, production and sales of high-grade seasoning vegetables and pickled vegetables. The products are sold all over the country and exported to many countries and regions overseas.
In 2017, with the increasingly serious environmental issues, Jixiangju Food actively responded to the national "coal to gas" policy and decided to purchase low NOx gas-fired steam boilers. As a long-term partner of LEWAY, Jixiangju Food expressed satisfaction with the operation of the coal-fired boilers previously purchased from LEWAY. For the new demand proposed by Jixiangju Food, LEWAY customized the boiler system and recommended two sets of SZS low NOx steam boilers to ensure the sufficient steam supply for the production line. This series of gas-fired boilers adopts D-type full-membrane wall structure, and the combustion chamber adopts Narrow pitch tube membrane water-cooled wall, which has good air tightness and reduces heat loss. It is equipped with energy-saving equipment added at the tail of the boiler flue to improve the thermal efficiency over 98%; the large-volume furnace design combines the advanced low NOx burner to ensure that the NOx emissions in the boiler flue gas is less than 30mg/m³, which has passed the environmental protection standards.
